The Route
Wir fliegen im Uhrzeigersinn: über die Rhône nach Toulouse, durch die Pyrenäen nach Spanien, und entlang der Mittelmeerküste und über die Alpen zurück nach Zürich.
We fly clockwise: down the Rhône to Toulouse, across the Pyrenees into Spain, and back along the Mediterranean coast and over the Alps to Zurich.
Über den Jura, das Genfer TMA, das Rhônetal an Lyon vorbei und dann ab nach Südwesten. Nachmittags: Aura Aero und Airbus.

Kurzer Hop nach Tarbes mit wachsenden Pyrenäen in der Canopy. Boneyard #1 vom Vorfeld. Dann die Königsetappe: über die Pyrenäen nach Spanien.

Wie es funktioniert
How it works
Das Fly-Out richtet sich an alle fertigen Piloten (PPL oder höher). Ein Fly-Out ist kein EFT – es ist kein Fluglehrer dabei und es gibt keine Schulung. Gemeinsames Fliegen unter Vereinskollegen: neue Flugplätze und ein tolles Rahmenprogramm.
The fly-out is open to all licensed pilots (PPL or above). A fly-out is not an EFT – there is no flight instructor and no training. Flying together as club members: new airfields and a great programme on the ground.
Vom Club kommt die Idee, die Route und das Rahmenprogramm. Ob IFR oder VFR geflogen wird, entscheidet jeder PIC selbst.
The club provides the idea, the route and the programme. Whether to fly IFR or VFR is up to each PIC.
Hotels und Transport vor Ort müssen von den Teilnehmern selbst organisiert werden.
Hotels and local transport need to be organised by participants themselves.
Passagiere sind herzlich willkommen und können auf Cost-Sharing-Basis oder nach individueller Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Piloten mitfliegen.
Passengers are very welcome and may fly along on a cost-sharing basis or under individual arrangements with the respective pilot.
